Advertising Terms and Conditions, policies and disclaimers

Regarding Real Estate does not allow pop-up advertisements.

The following are the terms and conditions governing free advertising on Regarding Real Estate in several classified notice categories or as a page display or on a slideshow presentation as a special unit.

Regarding Real Estate is not responsible for errors or omissions in any advertising materials provided by the advertiser.

Regarding Real Estate may reject or cancel any advertising for any reason at any time.

Classified advertisement notices for a real estate property placed by an owner must be verified as their property, and accompanied with a statement agreement on the submission form that the property is for sale at a stated price, and contain the owner’s name, and their accurate contact information, which users are capable of confirming.

Information contained within these notices is not an endorsement by Regarding Real Estate. At any time Regarding Real Estate may ask for further verification to be provided.

Regarding Real Estate considers information contained within an advertisement as verifiable when submitted by a licensed real-estate broker, and as reliable when submitted by a licensed real estate salesperson.

All statements contained in a classified notice or in a display advertisement is expected to conform to the highest standards of reliability, and to adhere to any and all New York State and Federal Housing Laws.

Regarding Real Estate reserves the right to modify and amend the terms and conditions at its discretion.


The following are the policies governing free advertising notices on Regarding Real Estate in several classified notice categories or as a page display or on a slideshow presentation as a special unit.

Free advertising rates are effective as of the first date of launch, and are made on a no guaranteed average traffic basis.

For a nominal $3.00 charge an optional hyperlink to a second Website is available for all weekly classified, or $5.00 for monthly display advertisements, and $10 for quarterly unit advertisements.

The submission form must be complete with the hyperlink. A hyperlink must be verified by the advertiser as accurate after their payment is made on line. Any failure or discrepancy is the advertiser’s responsibility to correct on their form. An advertiser may remove an existing classified notice or display advertisement at any time.

Classified notices placed by an advertiser before 5:00pm every Wednesday is displayed online Thursday at 9:00am, and hyperlinks are added at noon on Thursday.

An advertising hyperlink request not received, verified, and confirmed by Regarding Real Estate before 5:00pm on the specified Wednesday will be charged an additional $3.00 charge.

Submitted classified notices are positioned as to section of town, by address as on the submission form or by an open house date and time on the submission form, any special request cannot be accepted.

A display advertisement is placed for one month (four weeks) period from the date it is displayed.

Regarding Real Estate has the right to insert the notice or advertising, at its discretion, in the proper category.


Submitted display advertising in each category offered will be ordered on a first come basis within the category.


Regarding Real Estate shall not be responsible for any cost to provide materials to be displayed.

Regarding Real Estate reserves the right to modify and amend the policies at its discretion.




The foregoing terms and conditions shall govern the relationship between Regarding Real Estate’s users and advertisers. Unless expressly agreed to in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Regarding Real Estate, no terms or conditions, printed or otherwise, appearing on any contract or agreement will be binding on Regarding Real Estate.

  1. All advertisements are accepted and included online as  represented by the advertiser that they are authorized to publish in entirety (in both content and subject matter) therefore such publication will not violate any law or infringe upon any right of any party.
  2. All users are cautioned the contact information included has not been confirmed, except electronically for email. All information must be confirmed for accuracy by a Regarding Real Estate user.
  3. Users are encouraged to notify Regarding Real Estate of an incorrect contact information only.
  4. In consideration of the publication of classified or display advertisements, the user and advertiser will, jointly and severally, indemnify, defend and hold Regarding Real Estate harmless from and against any and all losses and expenses (including without limitation attorney’s fees) as collective losses arising out of the inclusion of such advertisements or announcements, including without limitation those arising from third party claims or suits for defamation, copyright, or trademark infringement, misappropriation, or from any and all claims not now known or hereafter devised or created collectively as a claim.
  5. In consideration that Regarding Real Estate does not review for acceptance, or acceptance of, any classified notification or advertising statement for inclusion online, the advertiser agrees not to reference Regarding Real Estate in any way.
  6. Publisher shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for any failure to provide access to all or any part of Regarding Real Estate notices or advertisements because of technical issues or acts of God or any other circumstances not within the control of Regarding Real Estate.
  7. All issues relating to notices and display advertising or units within a slideshow will be governed by the laws of the State of New York applicable to contracts to be entirely performed therein. Any action brought between a user and an advertiser relating to the information contained within a notification or display advertisement or unit slideshow must be brought in the state or federal courts in New York, New York. The third parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts in connection with actions relating to advertising.
